Use of the Site

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes such as reviewing our services, requesting quotes, and contacting us about builds. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through scraping, automated tools, or denial-of-service attempts
• Use the Site or its content to compete with us or for any commercial use without written consent

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, design, logos, build pages, and brand marks — is owned by Signature Autohäus or its content partners and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission. Personal screenshots shared on social media in good faith (e.g. tagging us in a post about your build) are welcome.

Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

Any prices, lead times, or service descriptions shown on the Site are indicative only. Final pricing for any build or service is established in a written quote provided to you by our team and is subject to:

• Vehicle condition and required preparatory work
• Parts availability and current supplier pricing
• Scope changes requested during the build
• Sales tax and any applicable third-party fees

A signed quote and applicable deposit are required before work begins. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days from issue.

Vehicle Custody and Risk

While your vehicle is in our care, we use reasonable industry-standard precautions, including secured indoor storage and limited access. However, certain risks are inherent to custom automotive work — including but not limited to part installation outcomes, tuning behavior, and the manufacturer warranty implications of aftermarket modifications.

We will discuss these risks before work begins. By proceeding with a build, you acknowledge that aftermarket modifications may affect your vehicle's manufacturer warranty, and that we are not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions made by the vehicle's OEM.

Warranties

What we warrant

• Craftsmanship — our installation work is warranted for the period stated in your written quote, typically 12 months to lifetime depending on the service.
• Parts — installed parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will coordinate warranty claims with the part manufacturer on your behalf.

What we don't warrant

• Pre-existing conditions or wear on your vehicle
• Damage from misuse, accidents, racing/track damage, or modifications performed outside our shop
• Performance outcomes beyond what is specifically agreed in writing
• The manufacturer warranty of your OEM vehicle

Other than the warranties expressly stated above and in your written quote, we provide no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Autohäus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific build or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that build or service.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. parts manufacturers, social media). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, with the new "Effective" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
